You agree the assignment
You agree the price, the scope and the delivery deadline with the contractor. The contractor then registers the assignment with EasyFreelance, so that we can handle the invoicing and the administrative follow-up.
For invoice recipients
The person who carried out the assignment has chosen to use EasyFreelance to invoice their work. We handle the administration around the assignment and send the invoice on the contractor's behalf. Here we explain how this works, and what to do if you have questions.
Who is EasyFreelance?
EasyFreelance makes it possible for private individuals to carry out assignments without starting their own company. When someone invoices through us, it is EasyFreelance that sends the invoice, follows up the payment and handles the administrative side.
For you that means one invoice, one contracting party and one point of contact if you need help.
How it works
1
You agree the price, the scope and the delivery deadline with the contractor. The contractor then registers the assignment with EasyFreelance, so that we can handle the invoicing and the administrative follow-up.
2
The work is done as agreed. When the assignment is finished, we create the invoice with the correct details and make sure all the necessary documentation is in place.
3
You pay the invoice to EasyFreelance as you would any other supplier. We handle the rest – payment to the contractor, tax deduction, reporting and the administrative follow-up.
For you only one thing really changes: the invoice comes from EasyFreelance instead of from the person who carried out the assignment. The rest of the arrangement continues exactly as the two of you agreed.
Questions and answers
