Questions and answers

About invoicing through us

We work out the VAT for you, based on what kind of assignment it is. Some services are exempt, others are 25, 15 or 12 per cent. You choose the type of assignment and the correct rate is set automatically – and we file the VAT return.

Then we chase it. We send a reminder before the due date, a reminder after the due date, and refer the case to debt collection if that becomes necessary. You should not have to collect money from a client you want to work with again.

Yes. You enter a name and address instead of an organisation number. Note that we cannot credit-check private clients in the same way, so for larger amounts we recommend payment in instalments.

Expenses you have had in order to carry out the assignment: equipment, software, materials, travel and mileage allowance. You upload the receipt in the app, and the amount is deducted before tax.

The standard is 14 days, but you can choose a different term when you create the invoice. Your pay is run within 24 hours of the money reaching us – whichever term you chose.

Yes. Public sector clients require electronic invoices in the EHF format, and we send those automatically when you choose a public sector recipient.

Get in touch with support and we will sort out a credit note and a new invoice. It is free, and we will help you with the wording towards the client if you need it.

After the fee, employer's national insurance contributions and tax deduction, most people are left with around 55–60 per cent of the invoice amount. Use the salary calculator on the front page to work it out for your own amount and tax deduction card.
