Questions and answers
We are. Once a payment run is approved, the people in it are employed by EasyFreelance for that assignment. We are responsible for pay, employer's national insurance contributions, insurance and reporting – you buy a service from us.
The invoice covers the fee, employer's national insurance contributions and our mark-up. The price depends on volume and on how you submit – get in touch and we will run the numbers for you and show what it comes to per payment.
We run payroll within 24 hours of the run being approved. So the freelancer does not have to wait for your invoice to fall due – you get the usual 14-day payment term.
Yes, but it only takes a few minutes. You enter their name and mobile number, they receive an invitation, sign with BankID and enter their account number themselves. You avoid storing account numbers and national identity numbers.
Yes. You agree the price and the content with the freelancer as before. We do not come between you on that – we only handle the formalities around the payment.
Get in touch before you submit. The rules depend on where the person is liable for tax and where the work is carried out, and we will go through the specific case with you.
The API is a standard REST API with a test environment and webhooks, so it can be connected to time tracking, project tools or an ERP. If you have a system you want to connect, raise it in the walkthrough.
That is how most people start. Run one month with a handful of people via Excel, see how it works, and expand from there. No lock-in period.
